3. Jemima, Founder of Jemima Consulting, not only brings passionate & strong professional experience to her clients. Her personal lived experiences as a Haitian woman, Black woman, first-generation American, wife, mother, and small business owner gives her an impactful perspective on diversity and inclusion. Having experienced racism, sexism, and discrimination firsthand, this drives her motivation to create an impact for her clients. She’s on a mission to make the world better than she found it, one workplace at a time.

At Jemima Consulting Inc., we acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the first inhabitants of the Australian nation and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work in Australia.
